Hapax’s headquarters are in London, with offices also in Annapolis, USA and Stockholm, Sweden. The Management Team each have strong backgrounds in media, marketing and communications, which remains a key driver in the company’s focus on marketing related applications.

Angad Paul, Chairman

The Hon. Angad Paul is Chief Executive of Caparo plc, a $1.5bn group specialising in the manufacture of steel, automotive and engineered products. A graduate of MIT, Angad has more than doubled the group's turnover since his appointment in 2003. Captivated by media, art and technology, he is the major shareholder and director of a number of high-profile private companies including the British furniture maker, Established&Sons, and the UK-built Caparo T1 supercar.

Mark Redgrave, Founder and CEO

Mark, 37, is a former Account Director at the multiple-award winning HHCL Group in London. A strategic brand, marketing and communication specialist, Mark joined Hapax as Marketing Director and co-founder in 2000. Having taken over as CEO in 2002, he has overseen Hapax's international expansion, extending the IP base and growing FindAgent into a profitable and well respected market leader with a customer base of 500+ customers. A former Moto-X and car racing champion, Mark is a self-confessed petrol head and lives in London with his wife and two young daughters.

Michael Petit, Co-founder and CIO

Mike, 51, is a graduate of Vassar College and has 29 years of professional IT experience at such leading firms as Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and Scudder, Stevens & Clark (Financial Services). He has concentrated over the years on the creative application of information technology to advertising and direct marketing. Adept in such diverse disciplines as database marketing, artificial intelligence and natural language processing, Mike has been CIO of Hapax since 2001, overseeing all of the company’s product development and service initiatives. A semi-professional musician and an avid sailor, Mike operates from our U.S. base in Annapolis, Maryland.
